Thomas J. Kaster is an attorney with over 30 years of experience in plaintiff’s personal injury litigation, representing injured victims or families of deceased victims of auto accidents, medical malpractice, unsafe premises, and defective products. He received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Hanover College in Indiana and his law degree from Santa Clara University. Mr. Kaster has practiced in both trial and appellate courts, and has been an attorney of record in eight published court opinions, helping to make new law in two states. He worked for five years with San Francisco attorney Melvin Belli, the late “King of Torts” and dean of the plaintiff’s bar in the U.S.
Mr. Kaster is licensed to practice in California and Hawaii.
